Our team was tasked with identifying potential opportunities for a novel substrate within the controlled environment agriculture industry. We conducted interviews with Key Opinion Leaders, crafted a voice-of-customer survey and performed extensive market research. The project culminated in a final presentation including our recommendations for the company.
Baebies Inc.: February 2020 - April 2020​

I was the team lead for the group working with Baebies, Inc. and was responsible for organizing team and company meetings and served as the primary contact for the company. Our team identified unmet needs in NICU care to find potential applications for Baebies' novel point-of-care device. The project included a series of interviews with Key Opinion Leaders in neonatal care and involved market and competitior analysis.
ZenBio Inc.: Sept 2019 - Dec 2019​

Our team conducted an in-depth market and product analysis to identify potential opportunities in the blood products space. We generated robust voice of customer data to identify market drivers and made a final recommendation for the company in ways they could expand their business.
